The Marriott is in the process of applying for a Beach Furniture Operator Permit.

I thought the permit application had a due date for completion. If there is no permit application on file yet, why are their ever increasing beach amenities allowed. Why is storage being allowed. What if they never file a permit application??

Inexperienced wave boarders have hit me twice while I'm snorkeling. Luckily I wasn't hurt, but was startled. If it happens again, I won't be so nice.. This happens on an everyday basis. No other hotel offers water sport amenities; only this west side operation. Is this even covered in the new ordinance??

The use of wave or paddle boards is not regulated by Town Code, nor is it covered under the newly adopted Beach Furniture Ordinance.
