I thought that the Beach vehicle was supposed to be used for bringing the beach furniture on and off the beach. it’s driving all over the beach and entering on and off the beach at the 90th St. public entrance

What’s going on that resorts and hotels don’t follow the laws ? The rules .
Also Le chateau has music by the beach.... soon it will be the NEW south beach
