there is a bunch of homeless people camped out on the side walk next to the cannal . they have a bunch of trash , tents and other random stuff picked up along the fence and they are sleeping on the side walk blocking the Walk way . i have kids who live with in seeing distance of them and don't feel comfortable with them being like that
