Description

Just recently, several attempts to abduct and/or rape, etc. homeless women have occurred. The suspects are saying that they are "Code Enforcement" and offering to spare the girl from losing all of her belongings/going to jail, in exchange for sexual favors. It's sick how perverts in the general public are trying to capitalize on the fact that homelessness/ poverty has been outlawed in this town. It's even more sick that there are no resources or alternatives offered to them. Now they are being preyed upon. Only time will tell if the city and law enforcement actually protect and serve ALL of the citizens, from EVERY walk of life. After all, they created this situation. Be on the lookout for a charcoal grey, hard top Jeep Wrangler with black rims. Thank you!
