Q. Please provide a brief summary of your concern.
A. I get it.. You may not think the people in the complexes are worth looking out for... But, the homeless that come thru here and hang out at the circle k are shooting up and smoking meth in our dumpster areas around 9pm and often later. Plus, they are looking into our windows and stealing stuff of our back porch. To patrol this area and at least check dumpster areas in the evenings when you're not busy... They are dangerous and scream at us that NO COP CAN STOP THEM AND CALLING THE COPS IS USELESS. Just today there was eight of them pacing the complexes and looking in cars/apartments. We we confront them they say they could kill us before a police gets here. Sweep Circle K and the Broadway/Machado Street cause they are hiding in dumpster areas thru out the night and stealing from all of us.
