A. Encampment, Clean-Up/Abandoned Shopping Carts

Q. Please provide a brief summary of your concern.
A. - I heard arguing, smoking and saw 2 people one guy and a women with lots of trash and a shopping cart and now they are using the tree as storage, I passed by in my car and yes, they were doing drugs. I called the police department but I have not gotten any response yet! This is an on going situation that hasn’t been resolved!! I can’t play with my son in my own backyard since I’m way too scared to go outside, I’m home alone majority of the day with my 2 year old. I report them EVERY TIME I see them and hear them but they keep coming back since I guess the trees are so big that they think nobody sees them!! Do I have to wait for them to jump on my wall then?!?
