Description

Parking lot is overflowing with vehicles (mainly in the evening and night hours), parked in Red No Parking zones. Parking spots were put in place, in front of some tenant garages that cause some difficulty getting in and out of the lot (which has only one entrance for entering and exiting). There are a couple of inoperable vehicles occupying parking spots near the front entrance. every aparment has a garage but aren't being used for said purpose.
