Resident reported a dark Gray Jeep/Liberty (not 100% on male/model) that parks at this address every night for the past six months and is extremely concerned as they appear to be homeless because they sleep in the Jeep & leave their trash.

Resident reported the light pole near his home at 29317 Stillwater CT & Lantern Hill is very bright and the brightness seems to be in the direction of his home.

resident reported a tire on Gunnerson as you make a right turn from Lakeshore Drive on the right hand side and a little ways down on the same side two trash bags.

Resident reported that the palm trees on Wisconsin & Lakeshore need to be trimmed as they are obstructing the view.

Resident called to request a palm tree to be trimmed, the palm frawns are falling and need clearing at 29715 Allis.,

Resident is requesting to replace the "STOP SIGN" located near 207 East Prospect. The sign looks really old and faded.

Resident is requesting to place the barriers back at the end of Lincoln in front of Rice Canyon Elementary School. Commuters are not being mindful of the speed limit and traveling at high speeds through this area.

Resident reported the street light located at 32720 Royal Oak Ln is not working. It is always off.

Resident reported a street light not working on Lakeshore Drive & Lake Street next to Terra Cotta Middle School.

there is a huge T;V; in front of 206 East Prospect & Main street next to the curb on the street

Resident reported a couch that has been sitting on the curb in front of 403 Adobe & Pottery f=or two weeks now and it is an eyesore.

Resident reported three boxes with trash along with other trash and it is an eye soar to see over on Rupard Street & East Pottery. .

Resident reported a lot of trash on Parkview & Machado, boxes, bags, Styrofoam and a vacuum. There is also a flat piece of metal in the street and has been there for weeks.

Resident reported the 50 MPH sign on Nichols Rd South of Collier was knocked down and is laying on the side of the road for the three weeks. It needs to be reinstalled.

A Citizen reported that the painted pavement legends on Main Street between Sumner & Graham for the bike lanes are already peeling.

December 2018 Floods
Resident called to report the condition of Baker Street in need of some serious maintenance with the recent rains it worsened big deep ruts. Concerned resident is requesting to assess this dirt road to perform major maintenance, fill in ruts, trash cleanup, possible transients camping out & Illegal dumping signs to be replaced with larger ones. current signs are to small to notice and read.

The 45 MPH Speed Limit sign is down and needs to be reinstalled located in the South side going East Bound on Dexter before you get to the Cracker Barrel entrance.

Resident reported a lot of wide cracks in the asphalt on Mc Vicker which need to be addressed before they widen. Mc Vicker also needs to be restriped and the RPM's replaced,
