Current standard calls for a Line of Sight for a left hand turn at an uncontrolled intersection with a speed limit of 25 mph to be 275 feet. This hedge currently violates Wildomar Municipal Code 17.172.205 Fences. Section D. Height Limits and Locations. For all residential zoning districts in the City, each fence or wall (including landscaping used as a screen) shall comply with the height limits and locations shown in Table D-1 (Maximum Height of Fences and Walls in Required Yard Areas). -
