Descrizione
Crane is facing southwest and is above the street and if it falls in that position it will fall on top of my condo and building. Hurricane is coming and it needs to be moved to their property.
I called police department at 8 and they brushed me off saying maybe they will take it down tomorrow. Not a good answer.

A friend from the building that's next to the crane (Mirage at 8955 Collins Ave) told me that the representative of the owner of the property ASRR (Tom Rosen) had communicated that the crane contractor had said that the luffer tower crane erected and operational at 8955 Collins Ave., does not require any major preparation for the forecasted oncoming storm.
That the crane supplier company told the construction property that they would remove the lifting chains on Thursday afternoon and place the upper swinging portion called jib into the weathervane mode, which would allow the jib to swing or rotate freely depending on the direction of the wind. They also told them that if they saw that crane part "Jib" moving in the wind it was ok.
Meanwhile they are putting our neighbors and passing vehicles at risk
