This is an open alcohol container and a code violation. The hotel staff is serving alcohol to patrons at beach chairs. If a resident can’t legally have an open container on the beach why should the hotel have different laws. The hotel is profiting by breaking the law. Then the garbed from the items delivered to the patrons is not properly disposed of by the hotel.
