Grand Beach hotel garbage strewn all over the beach garbage overflowing with Beach concession garbage from the grand beach hotel.Jeff and management indicated that it's not the hotels responsibility to take the garbage just to leave it by the garbage can even if it's not securely in a bag or fitting in the garbage can.
