Please make sure this is corected ASAP. The lighting is violating code. The turtle season aill hegin soon and we all want and need to protect the nesting moms and later on into the season the babies.

Lighting in building not code compliant

This is a very serious issue and should be resolved quickly in favor of the sea turtles.

These lights are ridiculously bright and will lead to the death of many baby turtles if not corrected quickly. I am surprised the people even want them so bright!

Now that the character of Surfside has forever changed with all the construction, at least be compliant and respectful of nature. It is a federal law to protect nesting and hatchling of sea turtles. Lights need to be completely of at dusk.
