Q. Please provide a brief summary of your concern.
A. It's my concern that homeless are camping in the riverbed again , one morning I saw approx 12 homeless gathering by the river next to the rehab center , at McDonalds one afternoon it appeared a drug deal was happening as I saw while leaving the drive thru an older woman leaving a white mini van in a fast manner carrying a pill bottle in hand , and homeless congregate near trash bins by McDonald's . My husband when he leaves has been seeing flashlights in the riverbed , and also we see people walking in the riverbed during the day .
