Garbage all over construction sight and 90th St. Easement/public beach entrance

Public beach access 90th St.Four Seasons easement littered with construction garbage and construction workers food garbage

Construction sights are using styrofoam cups plates and takeaway containers. Food is delivered to the lunch site. In addition the construction workers are congratulating/eating inside the sea grapes in the dunes. It’s a mess

What is being done about this ongoing issue?
