Hi Jennifer, thank you for sharing your concerns with us.  As a reminder, the beach in the Town of Surfside is public and under the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County and the state.  The Town of Surfside is not conducting any raking in the public beach.  If possible, can you please share the exact location of the matter you are referring to?
