Hi JP, thank you for sharing your concerns with us. The use of motor vehicles on the beach is prohibited by State law. However, the Surf Club/Four Seasons has been granted exceptional permission from the Town to use an ATV to place and remove beach chairs on the beach behind the hotel/condo buildings. The use of the ATV has restrictions to insure the safety of beach guests. As a reminder, the SeeClickFix platform is monitored by the Town of Surfside but for items that require immediate attention, please contact the appropriate departments directly.
