Regarding the Graffiti, Code Enforcement's job is to clean up the graffiti, take pictures and send to LEPD.

Regarding the trash, whenever Code Enforcement gets a complaint, the officer assigned to that area speaks with the owner and the trash is picked up. It is obvious that unauthorized people are dumping their trash there.

It is also obvious this is been going on for 20+ years- One would think if you secure it with a lock keys to the tenants you might be able to resolve it what do you think? Therefore I put the responsibility on the city to hold somebody accountable

I will suggest to the Code Officer to discuss with property owner to secure the trash area
