Dog on beach off the leash. I called the police twice. They finally showed up but drove right past the people with the dog. I stopped the police to inquire. They said it was a therapy dog and that everybody has them. How could they possibly know that without asking the people? The dog was off the leash but the police said the dog was on the leash. I'm not blind but the police obviously just didn't want to be bothered. Shameful...

Marriott Hotel is now storing their loungechairs directly in the public beach. They aren't allowed to even set up chairs. Are you people just ignoring the ordinance? How much are they paying you to ignore the ordinance?
