Code Compliance (Safety Concern) ArchivedAtlantic Way Surfside, FL 33154, USA - SurfsideThe beach is littered with debris. It's a mess that needs extensive work. But the hotels are placing lounge chairs on the beach. Should The Town allow an obvious unsafe and unhealthy condition to take place? The ocean has been deemed unsafe. Red flags say no one is allowed in the ocean. Be proactive and tell these properties "not until Miami Dade cleans the beach." It's not healthy, it's not safe and it's in the best interests of their guests. Please do the right thing TODAY, not next week sometime.
